  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing five additional 
  1.3             on-sale liquor licenses in St. Michael. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CITY OF ST. MICHAEL; LIQUOR LICENSES.] 
  1.6      The city of St. Michael may issue five on-sale liquor 
  1.7   licenses in addition to the number authorized by law.  All 
  1.8   provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not inconsistent 
  1.9   with this section, apply to the licenses authorized under this 
  1.10  section.
