under Minnesota Statutes, section 353.65, subdivision 2, and the member contribution rate
under Minnesota Statutes, section 353.27, subdivision 2, applied to the eligible person's
total covered salary for the period from April 2, 1990, to January 1, 1996, plus annual

reduced by the amount of the retirement plan asset transfer under paragraph (c) and by the
amount of the additional member contribution amount. The present value computation
must be made by the actuary retained under Minnesota Statutes, section 356.214, and must
utilize the applicable actuarial assumptions under Minnesota Statutes, section 356.215.
The additional employer contribution amount must be paid in a lump sum. If the additional
