1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Jonathan Jeffrey Wedemeier of Montrose for receiving
1.3the Eagle Award.
1.4WHEREAS, the Eagle Award is the highest award given by the Boy Scouts of America; and
1.5WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle in the Boy Scouts is an important achievement
1.6that is worthy of recognition; and
1.7WHEREAS, Jonathan Jeffrey Wedemeier is a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop
1.8312 and has displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.9WHEREAS, he has demonstrated mastery of all scouting skills and completed a
1.10community service project, which involved over 200 hours of research and data analysis in
1.11creating an electronic directory for St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery in Delano; and
1.12WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor was held in recognition of Jonathan Jeffrey
1.13Wedemeier; and
1.14NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.15congratulates Jonathan Jeffrey Wedemeier of Montrose for receiving the Eagle Award.
1.16BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.17copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.18Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Jonathan Jeffrey Wedemeier.
