1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce on their 50th anniversary.
1.3WHEREAS, our state is enhanced by the presence of those organizations that have withstood
1.4the test of time and 50 years is an ideal occasion to celebrate an organization's rich history; and
1.5WHEREAS, the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce strives to be the catalyst for a vibrant
1.6business community by promoting commerce, thereby enhancing members' business success through
1.7leadership, partnership, and growth opportunities; and
1.8WHEREAS, the organization has over 450 members, representing more than 30,000 Twin
1.9Cities employees; and
1.10WHEREAS, the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce is celebrating its 50th anniversary of
1.11providing service to the community, connecting members with policymakers, and supporting growth
1.12in Eden Prairie; and
1.13NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.14commends the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce on their milestone 50th anniversary and extends
1.15warm wishes for continued success.
1.16BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare an
1.17enrolled copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the
1.18Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to the Eden Prairie Chamber
1.19of Commerce.
