1.2congratulating Dorothy Westrom on her 100th birthday.
1.3WHEREAS, our communities are blessed by the presence of those who have lived long lives
1.4and who are part of our living history; and
1.5WHEREAS, having a 100th birthday is a joyous occasion and a time to honor and congratulate
1.6the celebrant; and
1.7WHEREAS, Dorothy Westrom was born on April 23, 1920, and celebrated her 100th birthday
1.8on April 23, 2020; and
1.9NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.10congratulates Dorothy Westrom on her 100th birthday.
1.11BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare an
1.12enrolled copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the
1.13Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Dorothy Westrom.
