1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Nathan Allen Anderson for receiving the Eagle Award.
1.3WHEREAS, the Eagle Award is the highest award given by the Boy Scouts of America; and
1.4WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle in the Boy Scouts is an important achievement
1.5that is worthy of recognition; and
1.6WHEREAS, Nathan Allen Anderson is a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 369
1.7and has displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.8WHEREAS, he has demonstrated mastery of all scouting skills and completed a
1.9community service project, which involved working with the St. Louis Park Parks and Recreation
1.10Department to identify locations for ten wood duck houses along Minnehaha Creek, and then
1.11preparing the materials, assembling the houses, and installing them with the help of his troop; and
1.12WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held; and
1.13NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.14congratulates Nathan Allen Anderson for receiving the Eagle Award.
1.15BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.16copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.17Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Nathan Allen Anderson.
