1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Eli Kirtz of Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart, Minnesota, for
1.3earning the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.4WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout rank is the highest rank earned in the Boy Scouts of America;
1.5and
1.6WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in Scouts BSA is an important achievement
1.7that is worthy of recognition; and
1.8WHEREAS, Eli Kirtz is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 3275 and has
1.9displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.10WHEREAS, Eli has demonstrated mastery of all Scouting skills, completed a community
1.11service project, and fulfilled all other requirements necessary to attain the rank of Eagle Scout; and
1.12WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held; and
1.13NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.14congratulates Eli Kirtz of Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart, Minnesota, for attaining the rank of Eagle
1.15Scout.
1.16BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.17copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.18Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Eli Kirtz.
