  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; allowing independent school 
  1.3             district No. 2536, Granada-Huntley-East Chain, to make 
  1.4             a fund transfer. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [GRANADA-HUNTLEY-EAST CHAIN SCHOOL DISTRICT 
  1.7   FUND TRANSFER.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912 and 
  1.9   121.9121, on June 30, 1995, independent school district No. 
  1.10  2536, Granada-Huntley-East Chain, may permanently transfer up to 
  1.11  $100,000 from its capital expenditure fund to its general fund. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
