A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; amending an earlier appropriation of state bond
funds for clean water infrastructure in Braham; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71,
article 1, section 15, subdivision 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 15, subdivision 4, is amended to read:


Subd. 4.

Braham; Clean Water Infrastructure

 10,227,000

For a grant to the city of Braham to design,
engineer, permit, and construct publicly owned
infrastructure in conjunction with upgrades to
the wastewater treatment plant and
improvements to the collection system, new text begin and
new text end clean drinking water infrastructure including
water main replacement in various locations
