A bill for an act
relating to human services; appropriating funds to support an organization that
serves artists who have intellectual and other disabilities; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
human services for a grant to a nonprofit organization licensed under Minnesota Statutes,
chapter 245D, and located on Minnehaha Avenue West in Saint Paul, that supports artists
with disabilities in creating visual and performing art that challenges society's views of
persons with disabilities. This is a onetime appropriation.
