A bill for an act
relating to real property; authorizing certain common interest communities to
allocate common expenses equally per unit; proposing coding for new law in
Minnesota Statutes, chapter 515B.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

INTEREST COMMUNITY ESTABLISHED FOR 25 YEARS OR MORE.

new text begin Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, an association incorporated for at least 25 years
may equally allocate an increase in association dues to compensate for common expenses
per unit owned by a unit owner.
