  1.4             Statutes 1994, section 171.06, subdivision 2. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 171.06, 
  1.7   subdivision 2, is amended to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 2.  [FEES.] (a) The fees for a license and Minnesota 
  1.9   identification card are as follows: 
  1.10  Classified Driver License   C-$18.50 CC-$22.50 B-$29.50 A-$37.50
  1.11  Classified Under 21 D.L.    C-$18.50 CC-$22.50 B-$29.50 A-$17.50
  1.12  Instruction Permit                                        $ 9.50
  1.13  Duplicate Driver or Under 21 License                      $ 8.00
  1.14  Minnesota identification card, except
  1.15   as otherwise provided in section 171.07,
  1.16   subdivisions 3 and 3a                             $12.50 $ 8.00
  1.17     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.18     Section 1 is effective July 1, 1995.
