 relating to health insurance; clarifying definition of health plan company; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 62J.03, subdivision 10.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 62J.03, subdivision 10, is amended to read:


Subd. 10.

Health plan company.

"Health plan company" means a health plan companynew text begin ,new text end
