BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ACADEMIC STANDARDS REVIEW SUSPENSION.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 120B.021, and except as provided under
subdivision 2, the commissioner of education must suspend any ongoing review or revision
of academic standards, or implementation of revised academic standards under Minnesota
Statutes, section 120B.021, until June 1, 2023.
