relating to higher education; appropriating money for land surveying programs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$500,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the Board of
Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for land surveying programs.
Funds may be used for student recruitment and instruction costs, equipment costs, the
creation of new programs, and the development and expansion of existing programs. This
is a onetime appropriation.
