 relating to capital investment; amending an earlier appropriation for the Wakan
Tipi project; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, sections 11, subdivision

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 11, subdivision 1, is amended to read:

Session chapter 3, article 1, section 17,
subdivision 11, for the same purpose.
