relating to agriculture; requiring the commercial applicator license core examination
materials be provided in Spanish.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

By January 1, 2025, the commissioner of agriculture must ensure that the core
examination for a commercial applicator license under Minnesota Statutes, section 18B.33,
is available in Spanish and that applicants are informed that the core examination can be
taken in Spanish.
