  1.2             relating to capital investment; amending a grant to 
  1.3             the McLeod West school district No. 2887; amending 
  1.4             Laws 1998, chapter 404, section 5, subdivision 11. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Laws 1998, chapter 404, section 5, subdivision 
  1.7   11, is amended to read: 
  1.8   Subd. 11.  McLeod West Interdistrict 
  1.9   Cooperative School District No. 2887                    500,000
  1.10  For a grant to the McLeod West 
  1.11  Interdistrict Cooperative, made up of 
  1.12  independent school district Nos. 421, 
  1.13  Brownton, and 426, Stewart school 
  1.14  district No. 2887, to design and 
  1.15  acquire land for a new prekindergarten 
  1.16  through grade 7 through 12 educational 
  1.17  facility.  
  1.18     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.19     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
