  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; appropriating money 
  1.3             for the Great River Ridge trail; authorizing state 
  1.4             bonds. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [GREAT RIVER RIDGE TRAIL.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources for construction on the Great 
  1.9   River Ridge trail. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.11     To provide the money appropriated in this act from the bond 
  1.12  proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on the request of 
  1.13  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.14  amount up to $....... in the manner, upon the terms, and with 
  1.15  the effect prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.16  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.17  4 to 7.  
  1.18     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.19     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
