BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $8,717,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human services
for a grant to the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians to predesign, design, construct,
furnish, and equip a family and child services building. This appropriation does not require
a nonstate contribution.
