relating to higher education; providing onetime funding to the Red Lake Nation
College; appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin RED LAKE NATION COLLEGE; APPROPRIATION.

$500,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of the Office of Higher Education for the purpose of making a grant to the
Red Lake Nation College for operational costs. This is a onetime appropriation.
