BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes section 475.65, on June 30, 2010, Independent
School District No. 837, Madelia, may permanently transfer up to $350,000 from its
construction account into its reserved for operating capital account.
