improve connections between education and jobs; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA HMONG CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE.

new text begin $100,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Minnesota
Hmong Chamber of Commerce. The grant is for the purpose of activities and capacity
building to make connections between education and employment for individuals.
