A bill for an act
relating to the military; providing certain protections to persons ordered into
active military service; amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 190.055.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 190.055, is amended to read:


190.055 PROTECTIONS.
