  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [EQUALIZING FACTOR.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.53, 
  1.9   subdivision 5, the first tier debt service equalizing factor for 
  1.10  independent school district No. 2071, Lake Crystal-Wellcome 
  1.11  Memorial, is $5,000. 
  1.12     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective for revenue for 
  1.13  fiscal year 2003 and thereafter.
