A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; providing for 2016 walleye fishing regulations for
Mille Lacs Lake.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MILLE LACS WALLEYE FISHING; 2016 SEASON.

new text begin During the 2016 open-water fishing season on Mille Lacs Lake, the following
provisions apply:

new text begin (1) the daily limit for walleye is two fish;
new text end

new text begin (2) only one walleye may be possessed that is between 17 to 29 inches in length
or over 28 inches in length; and

new text begin (3) live bait may be used to catch walleye.
