BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$373,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for a grant to a recovery community organization in Olmsted County,
located in the city of Rochester, that provides services in an 11-county region. The general
fund base for this appropriation is $232,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $232,000 in fiscal year
2025.
