  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             grant to the city of Stewart.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   public facilities authority for a loan to the city of Stewart 
  1.8   for storm sewer projects as matching money for the federal small 
  1.9   cities development program.  The loan must be repaid to the 
  1.10  general fund.
