1.1 A bill for an act 1.2 relating to human services; adding covered services 1.3 under medical assistance; amending Minnesota Statutes 1.4 1996, section 256B.0627, subdivision 2. 1.5 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 256B.0627, 1.7 subdivision 2, is amended to read: 1.8 Subd. 2. [SERVICES COVERED.] Home care services covered 1.9 under this section include: 1.10 (1) nursing services under section 256B.0625, subdivision 1.11 6a; 1.12 (2) private duty nursing services under section 256B.0625, 1.13 subdivision 7; 1.14 (3) home health aide services under section 256B.0625, 1.15 subdivision 6a; 1.16 (4) personal care services under section 256B.0625, 1.17 subdivision 19a; 1.18 (5) nursing supervision of personal care services under 1.19 section 256B.0625, subdivision 19a;and1.20 (6) assessments by county public health nurses for services 1.21 under section 256B.0625, subdivision 19a; and 1.22 (7) assessments and annual reassessments by any home health 1.23 agency nurses for services under section 256B.0625, subdivisions 1.24 6a and 7, including those services provided to recipients of 1.25 home and community-based waiver services under section 256B.501, 2.1 home and community-based services for the elderly under section 2.2 256B.0915, community alternatives for disabled individuals 2.3 waiver services under section 256B.49, community alternative 2.4 care waiver services under section 256B.49, and traumatic brain 2.5 injury waiver services under section 256B.49.
