  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to state lands; authorizing the sale of 
  1.3             certain school trust land bordering public waters in 
  1.4             St. Louis county. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SALE OF SCHOOL TRUST LAND IN ST. LOUIS 
  1.7   COUNTY.] 
  1.8      (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 92.45, the 
  1.9   commissioner of natural resources may sell at public sale the 
  1.10  leased school trust land bordering public waters described in 
  1.11  paragraph (c) under the remaining provisions of Minnesota 
  1.12  Statutes, chapter 92. 
  1.13     (b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the 
  1.14  attorney general. 
  1.15     (c) The land to be sold is located in St. Louis county and 
  1.16  is described as:  
  1.17     Lot 1, Block 1, Spirit Lake Shores Plat, Section 25, 
  1.18  Township 58 North, Range 19 West. 
  1.19     (d) The improvements on the land that are owned by the 
  1.20  lessee must be purchased separately from the land, as prescribed 
  1.21  in Minnesota Statutes, section 92.06, subdivision 4.
