  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; providing mileage 
  1.3             reimbursement for volunteers delivering meals on 
  1.4             wheels; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of human services to be used for mileage 
  1.9   reimbursement for volunteers who deliver meals on wheels in 
  1.10  rural areas and areas that have difficulty recruiting 
  1.11  volunteers.  Mileage reimbursement if requested by a volunteer 
  1.12  shall be at the current standard reimbursement rate determined 
  1.13  under section 170I of the Internal Revenue Code.
