  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [SCHOOL RESTRUCTURING GRANT.] 
  1.6      $464,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.7   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.8   learning for a school restructuring grant to a nonstate 
  1.9   organization to develop systemic site decision-making models and 
  1.10  implement systemic site decision-making in school districts.
