  1.2             relating to natural resources; providing for the 
  1.3             management of Upper Rice and Minerva Lakes in 
  1.4             Clearwater County. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [UPPER RICE LAKE AND MINERVA LAKE MANAGEMENT 
  1.7   PLANS; CLEARWATER COUNTY.] 
  1.8      The commissioner of natural resources shall manage Upper 
  1.9   Rice Lake and Minerva Lake consistent with the recommendations 
  1.10  and conclusions in the local water planning challenge grant 
  1.11  report entitled:  "Upper Rice Lake/Minerva Lake Challenge Grant."
