  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing additional liquor 
  1.3             licenses for the city of East Grand Forks. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [EAST GRAND FORKS; LICENSES AUTHORIZED.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding any other law, the city of East Grand Forks 
  1.7   may issue two additional on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses in 
  1.8   addition to the number authorized by law. 
  1.9      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.10     Section 1 is effective upon approval by the East Grand 
  1.11  Forks city council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.12  section 645.021.
