A bill for an act
 relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for Minnesota Council
on Disability.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA COUNCIL ON DISABILITY.

new text begin $371,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $371,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the
Minnesota Council on Disability to provide educational opportunities in the arts, history,
and cultural heritage of Minnesotans with disabilities in conjunction with the 50th anniversary
of the Minnesota Council on Disability. If the amount in the first year is insufficient, the
amount in the second year is available in the first year. This appropriation is available until
June 30, 2027.
