  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the legislature; prohibiting per diem 
  1.3             reimbursement for a certain period. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [PER DIEM REIMBURSEMENT.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 3.099, 3.101, 
  1.7   and 3.103, during any special session held between May 18, 2004, 
  1.8   and June 30, 2004, members of the legislature must not be paid 
  1.9   per diem reimbursement for living expenses incurred during that 
  1.10  time.
