  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to courts; extending the Ramsey county family 
  1.3             court combined jurisdiction pilot project; amending 
  1.4             Laws 1996, chapter 365, section 3.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Laws 1996, chapter 365, section 3, is amended 
  1.7   to read:  
  1.8      Sec. 3.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.9      Section 2 is repealed when the project is completed, or 
  1.10  June 30, 1998 2000, whichever occurs earlier. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
