A bill for an act
 relating to education; modifying rulemaking authority for Board of School
Administrators; amending Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 5, article 2, section 81.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 5, article 2, section 81, is amended
to read:


Sec. 81. BOARD OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS; RULEMAKING
AUTHORITY.


On or before June 30, 2007, the Board of School Administrators may adopt
