  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; authorizing state bonds; 
  1.3             appropriating money for ADA compliance and roof 
  1.4             replacement and repair at Ridgewater Community 
  1.5             College, Willmar campus. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [RIDGEWATER COMMUNITY COLLEGE, WILLMAR CAMPUS.] 
  1.8      Subdivision 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] $210,000 is appropriated 
  1.9   from the bond proceeds fund to the board of trustees of the 
  1.10  Minnesota state colleges and universities for the following 
  1.11  purposes at the Willmar campus of Ridgewater Community College: 
  1.12     (1) $125,000 is for ADA compliance; and 
  1.13     (2) $85,000 is for roof replacement and repair. 
  1.14     Subd. 2.  [BOND SALE.] To provide the money appropriated by 
  1.15  this section from the bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of 
  1.16  finance, on request of the governor, shall sell and issue bonds 
  1.17  of the state in an amount up to $210,000 in the manner, on the 
  1.18  terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.19  sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, 
  1.20  article XI, sections 4 to 7. 
  1.21     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.22     Section 1 is effective the day after its final enactment.
