  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $300,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of administration for a grant to the city of Little 
  1.9   Falls to develop programming and marketing plans, and to equip a 
  1.10  conference center and retreat site on the Mississippi river in 
  1.11  Little Falls.
