relating to capital investment; appropriating money for wastewater system upgrades
at Veterans Campground on Big Marine Lake.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

SYSTEM UPGRADES.

new text begin $774,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of administration for one or more grants to Veterans Campground on Big Marine Lake, a
501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to design, engineer, permit, and construct four wastewater
systems on the campground property to increase the capacity of the systems.
