 relating to education; modifying a public meeting provision; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 179A.14, subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 179A.14, subdivision 3, is amended to read:


Subd. 3.

Public meetings.

All negotiations, mediation sessions, and hearings

representatives are public meetings except when otherwise provided by the commissioner.
