relating to economic development; appropriating money for infrastructure
improvements in Waldorf.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin WALDORF; INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS;
APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $857,500 is appropriated from the general fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a
grant to the city of Waldorf for water, wastewater, street, and storm sewer improvements
to meet state compliance, replace failing infrastructure, and maintain affordable living for
residents. This appropriation does not require a nonstate match. This appropriation is available
until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
