A bill for an act
relating to health care; appropriating money to provide subsidies to federally
qualified health centers.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTERS.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of health to provide subsidies to federally qualified health centers under
Minnesota Statutes, section 145.9269. This appropriation is in addition to existing funding
for that purpose and shall become part of the base funding.
