  1.2             relating to retirement; Minneapolis Teachers 
  1.3             Retirement Association; permitting a service credit 
  1.4             purchase for prior school district employment. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [PURCHASE RIGHT.] 
  1.7      A member of the Minneapolis Teachers Retirement Association 
  1.8   who is presently employed at North High School shall be allowed 
  1.9   to purchase, for the actuarial value, the right to receive a 
  1.10  pension as if the member had contributed in the 1981 school year.
