  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to health; appropriating money for a youth 
  1.3             alcohol treatment facility.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,300,000 is appropriated for fiscal year ending June 30, 
  1.7   2000, from the general fund to the board of directors of the 
  1.8   Minnesota Indian Primary Residential Treatment Center, Inc., to 
  1.9   build a youth alcohol treatment wing at the Mash-Ka-Wisen 
  1.10  treatment center.  The appropriation is available only if 
  1.11  matched by a $1,000,000 federal grant.
