  1.3             Paul to issue six additional on-sale intoxicating

  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [CITY OF WEST ST. PAUL.] 
  1.7      The city of West St. Paul may issue six on-sale 
  1.8   intoxicating liquor licenses in addition to the number 
  1.9   authorized by law.  All provisions of Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.10  chapter 340A, not inconsistent with this section, apply to the 
  1.11  licenses authorized under this section.
