  1.3             for school children in day care; proposing coding for 
  1.4             new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 123. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [123.785] [BUS TRANSPORTATION; DAY CARE.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding section 123.78, subdivision 2, each school 
  1.8   district shall designate a bus stop at a minimum at the 
  1.9   intersection nearest to a licensed day care provider's home or 
  1.10  facility that provides care to school children in kindergarten 
  1.11  to grade 6 who are in need of transportation to or from school.
