A bill for an act
 relating to human services; modifying the effective date of the repeal of the
MFIP family cap; amending Laws 2013, chapter 108, article 3, section 48.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2013, chapter 108, article 3, section 48, is amended to read:


Sec. 48. REPEALER.

(a) Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256J.24, new text begin subdivision 6, new text end is repealed deleted text begin January
