  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; changing nursing facility 
  1.3             reimbursements. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [NURSING FACILITY REIMBURSEMENTS.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.431, 
  1.7   subdivision 25, the commissioner of human services shall apply 
  1.8   the nursing facility reimbursement medians applicable to group 2 
  1.9   facilities as designated in Minnesota Rules, part 9549.0052, to 
  1.10  group 1 facilities as designated in Minnesota Rules, part 
  1.11  9549.0052. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day after final enactment.
